Dr. Nadia Malik, BSC, OD
 
Dr. Nadia Malik was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. She graduated from the University of British
Columbia with a BSc in Biology and went on to receive her Doctorate in
Optometry from the State University of New York.
Maycock Eyecare’s commitment to personalized attention, a
well educated staff and implementing the newest technology and products allows
her to provide high quality vision care to all her patients. Dr. Malik enjoys
practicing the full scope family optometry with a special interest in laser
co-management, contact lenses, and the prevention of eye disease.
Outside of optometry, Dr.Malik’s family takes
priority. She enjoys spending time with her husband Samaad and her two little
boys Humza and Aydin. Dr.
Malik has always been actively involved in many sports. However, these days she spends most of her
free time chasing her little ones at home.

Jesse Petreman, B.Sc., O.D.
Maycock Eyecare is proud to welcome the newest addition of eye care specialist, Dr. Jesse Petreman to our team of Optometrists. Dr. Petreman's experience, dedication and cutting-edge knowledge will result in an unprecedented level of service.

Dr. Jesse Petreman was born in Nanaimo, and grew up in Nanaimo and Kamloops, B.C. He graduated from Thompson Rivers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University in Oregon.
During his studies, Dr. Petreman completed externships in ocular disease management and treatment at the Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial V.A. Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington. He also gained an expertise in contact lens fitting within a specialty practice in Cleveland, Ohio, and furthered his training and knowledge in primary care optometry and low vision in Portland, Oregon.
